Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Keepp ("Keepp", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you visit keepp.com (the "Site"), purchase GLP-1 Biotic Matrix or other products, or otherwise interact with us. We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in line with applicable data-protection laws, including the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and other applicable U.S. state privacy laws, where they apply to you.

Last updated: 25 June 2026.

1. The personal data we collect

  • You give us: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, order details, account login, reviews, survey responses, and messages you send us.
  • Collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with the Site, via cookies and similar technologies.
  • From others: payment confirmation from our payment processors, fulfilment status from carriers, and engagement data from advertising and analytics partners.

We do not ask for health diagnoses, and we are not a healthcare provider. Please do not send us sensitive health information beyond what is necessary to answer a product question.

2. How we use your data

  • Process and deliver your orders, returns, and subscriptions, and manage your account.
  • Provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
  • Send transactional messages (order, shipping, and account notices).
  • With your consent where required, send marketing emails about products, offers, and content.
  • Improve our products, Site, and service, and measure marketing performance.
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

Legal bases (EU/UK GDPR): performance of a contract (orders), legitimate interests (improving and securing our service), consent (marketing and non-essential cookies), and legal obligation.

3. How we share your data

We do not sell your personal data in exchange for monetary payment. However, the terms "sale" and "sharing" have broader meanings under certain U.S. state privacy laws, and some of our advertising and analytics practices may fall within them (see the note at the end of this section and Section 7). We share it only with:

  • Service providers who operate our business, including Shopify (e-commerce platform), payment processors, shipping/fulfilment partners, email and SMS providers, customer-support tools, and analytics providers.
  • Advertising partners (e.g. Meta, TikTok, Google) for measurement and, where you have consented, personalized advertising.
  • Legal and safety: authorities or third parties when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Business transfers: a buyer or successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Some sharing for targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain US state laws — see Section 7 to opt out.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies to run the Site and, with your consent where required, analytics and advertising cookies. You can manage non-essential cookies through our cookie banner and your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect Site functionality.

5. International transfers

We operate across the US and EU, so your data may be processed in countries with different data-protection laws. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above — for example, to fulfil orders, meet tax and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes — after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know and access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Delete your data.
  • Port your data to another service.
  • Opt out of marketing at any time (via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us).
  • Opt out of targeted advertising / "sale" or "sharing" of personal data.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Appeal our decision on a privacy request, where your state law gives you an appeal right.

To exercise any right, contact us at info@keepp.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally within 30–45 days). We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. To protect your data, we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.

8. Security

We restrict access to personal data to authorized personnel and use technical and organizational measures (including encryption in transit and access controls) to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Site and our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 (or the age of majority in your location). If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and, where required, notify you.

11. Contact us

If you are in the EU/UK and are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
