These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of keepp.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Keepp, a brand operated by Beauty Advance Technology Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.

1. The service we provide

We offer product information, order processing, and delivery of our products, including GLP-1 Biotic Matrix. We aim to keep products in stock but cannot guarantee availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

2. For personal use only

Our products are sold for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit them. We may cancel or refuse any order we reasonably believe is placed for resale or otherwise breaches these Terms.

3. Product information and pricing

We work to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free or current. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and notify you, whether the price shown was higher or lower than the correct price.

4. Orders and when a contract is formed

Product listings are an invitation to purchase, not an offer. When you place an order you make an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm shipment of your order.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include credit and debit cards and other options. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

6. Shipping and delivery

We aim to ship orders within a reasonable time of order confirmation. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping charges are shown at checkout based on the method you select. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. For orders shipped within the United States, if we cannot ship within the time we state (or within 30 days where no time is stated), we will notify you and give you the choice to agree to the delay or cancel your order for a full refund.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel an order if the product is out of stock or was listed at an incorrect price. We may cancel an order if you provide false information, if stock is unavailable, if a pricing error occurs, or if we detect suspicious or fraudulent activity. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed to your original payment method.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Health and product disclaimer

GLP-1 Biotic Matrix is a dietary supplement, not a medicine, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Information on the Site is for general purposes only and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, trademarks, graphics, and software — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by Hong Kong and international law. The "Keepp" name and logo are our trademarks.

11. Limited license and acceptable use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, use automated access tools on, or remove ownership notices from the Site, and you may not use it for any unlawful purpose or in a way that damages or disrupts it.

12. Accounts and registration

If you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information and keep it up to date. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate an account if information is false or these Terms are breached. You may close your account at any time.

13. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account.

14. User content and reviews

If you submit content such as reviews, you confirm you own it or have the right to share it, and you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with our business. Your content must not be unlawful, infringing, misleading, or harmful. We may remove content that breaches these Terms without notice.
