Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to products purchased through our official online store at keepp.com. Because GLP-1 Biotic Matrix is an ingestible supplement, some hygiene and safety rules apply to what we can accept back.

1. Your window to request a return

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. To start, email info@keepp.com with your order number, the item name and quantity, and the reason for your return. Please wait for our confirmation and instructions before sending anything back. We may ask for proof of purchase, and we will provide the return address with our instructions. If your order is part of a subscription, see the Subscriptions and automatic renewals section of our Terms of Service for how to cancel future deliveries.

2. What we can accept

  • Unopened, unused items in their original, sealed, resalable condition.
  • Items that arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect — accepted even if opened, so you are never stuck with a faulty product.

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of opened, used, or unsealed supplement products unless they are defective or were sent in error.

3. Damaged, wrong, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us at info@keepp.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

4. Free gifts and promotional items

If your order included a free gift or promotional item, it must be returned with the order. Missing or used gifts may be deducted from your refund at their standard retail value.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process the exchange within 14 days. If the new item costs more, we will ask you to pay the difference; if it costs less, we refund the difference.

6. Return shipping costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover return shipping.
  • Change of mind / personal preference: you are responsible for return shipping, and the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

Returns that do not meet the conditions above may be refused and returned to you at your expense.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue approved refunds to your original payment method within 14 days. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

8. EU/UK right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. This right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed — which includes our supplement products once opened. To withdraw, you may tell us in a clear statement (for example, by email) or use the model withdrawal form; where the right applies, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery, within 14 days of being informed, using your original payment method.
